My family stayed here for two separate nights on the way to and from Nebraska City. The hotel is fairly new (I believe it’s approximately 4 years old) and has the standard modern hotel chain look and feel to it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We liked the large parking lot that had room for oversized vehicles. I would have given 5 stars, but the breakfast wasn’t fantastic and for some reason there were quite a few house flies in the building. I’m not sure why. By the way, the rear facing rooms overlook the South Platte river corridor, which is peaceful.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Clean, convenient, very welcoming of our service dog, nice staff, lots of pillows on the bed, comfortable bed, great darkening curtains. We were a little worried about the highway noise w our room facing the freeway, but one of the curtains completely canceled all of it like a soundproof barrier! Also there is like an abandoned golf course behind the pet area and back parking lot that we used to walk our pup and stretch our legs before getting back on the road. Nice! Wasn’t too impressed w food choices in N Platte but that’s not the hotel’s problem.

This location is wonderful! Right off the freeway, easy to get to. We brought our dogs and there is plenty of green space for them to sniff. While there were a lot of “presents” left by other dogs, I fully blame the owners for not cleaning up after them, not the hotel itself. The rooms were clean, smelled good, and were really nice! We were happy to pay a little more in dog fees to be able to have them with us in such a great space. And the service we received was amazing! Rhonda at the front desk was kind, helpful, and made sure we had a great experience. Thank you Comfort Inn!!!

The front desk ladies were very polite and helpful. The rooms were immaculate. We brought a black light flashlight to scoured the whole room. Only spot was on the wall above the light switch. Comfortable beds, nice tvs, clean bathrooms. My only complaint is the towels could be softer. They are a little rough but I'm sure its because they are washed in bleach. The breakfast was wonderful. A little cramp though. They could used a slightly bigger self-serve area. The pool was nice and cool since it was well over 100°F that day. They might want to send a janitor down there a little more often. It appears rude guests decided to leave dirty towels on the floor and in the pool. Over all I am very pleased with my stay and hope to visit again soon!

Great location right by the freeway. The staff was doing a great job but a bit slow. But they got it done. We asked for a playpin and received it to our room. Beds comfortable, slept great. Enjoyable breakfast. I had some oatmeal and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Nothing to complain about really.

Front desk person was very friendly upon check in. King suite room 203 was clean, roomie, comfortable. Bathroom sink was very slow draining. WiFi was just ok. Parking was challenging as they allowed two semi trucks with trailers on lot over night. Upon checking out the front desk employee on duty really could have cared less if we were even there. Breakfast was nice and so was employee staffing breakfast area.

Impeccable! The room was incredibly clean, and the front desk personnel were spectacular! Impressive breakfast the following morning for guests! The amenities were top-notch with a pool and hot tub available! The exercise and weight room weren't utilized, but it looked extremely nice! There was nothing out of place! The hotel was decorated nicely and felt "inviting!" There's plenty of places to deliver food or eat nearby! Request a room facing the rear of the hotel so you can overlook the river running behind it! Picture perfect! 📸 We chose this hotel over the others in town, not knowing what to expect! We were happy we did! It couldn't have been any better!
